DIRECTIONS

UNDERBELLY, COWGATE

From the Fringe Office on the Royal Mile:
 Walk up the hill towards the castle until you reach the main crossroads. 
Turn left onto George IV Bridge Street.
Turn right into Victoria Street and our top entrance is the first door on the left.
 If you carry on down Victoria Street, you reach the Grassmarket.
Turn left at the bottom into Cowgate.
 The  Cowgate passageway main entrance is on the left just before you go under George IV Bridge.

UDDERBELLY'S PASTURE, BRISTO SQUARE

Underbelly's MCEWAN HALL, BRISTO SQUARE

Bristo Square is located in Old Town, near the Meadows and is also the location of the Gilded Balloon and Pleasance Dome.

From the Fringe Office:
On the Royal Mile, walk up the hill towards the castle 
Turn left onto George IV Bridge Street
Cross over the bridge and pass Chambers Street to your left. 
Keep left at the fork with Bedlam Theatre. Bristo Square is directly ahead. You can’t miss E4 Udderbelly in the centre of the square and just to the right-hand side of Bristo Square, and Udderbelly’s Pasture you’ll find Underbelly's McEwan Hall and E4 Cow Barn. 

From Underbelly, Cowgate:
Turn right out of the Cowgate passageway main entrance towards Grassmarket
Take the first left up the hill (Candlemaker Row) to join George IV Bridge Street 
Cross over the road and continue on George IV Bridge Street, keeping left at the fork with Bedlam Theatre. Bristo Square is directly ahead. You can’t miss E4 Udderbelly in the centre of the square and just to the right-hand side of Bristo Square, and Udderbelly’s Pasture you’ll find McEwan Hall and E4 Cow Barn. 

JUST THE TONIC @ THE CAVES, COWGATE

Enter through the Rowantree Bar at 253 Cowgate, just after passing under South Bridge and just a two minute walk down the road from the Underbelly.

From Underbelly, Cowgate:
Turn left out of the Cowgate passageway main entrance and walk down Cowgate until you pass under South Bridge.


From the Fringe Office:
Walk down the hill towards Holyrood 
Cross over North Bridge Street and take the next turn on the right, next to the Radisson SAS Hotel, which is Niddry St .Walk down the hill to Cowgate and the Rowantree Bar is straight across the road.

From Underbelly, Cowgate:
Turn right out of the main entrance towards Grassmarket
Take the first left up the hill (Candlemaker Row) to join George IV Bridge Street 
Cross over the road and continue on George IV Bridge Street, keeping left at the fork with Bedlam Theatre to your right.
Bristo Square is directly ahead, cross over Teviot Place and enter The Pasture
Cow Barn (Reid Hall) is just off the right-hand side of Bristo Square, between McEwan Hall and Teviot House (Gilded Balloon)
