By submitting this application, you will NOT be committed to taking a slot. All bookings will be subject to both parties signing a contract. If you want to ask any questions first, read our FAQ and other information or email david@underbelly.co.uk.

We will contact you to discuss further your application and tell you the cost of your preferred slots. Prices will vary by the time of day and the length of slot required - we do not offer fixed price, fixed length slots but are willing to vary the slot times to suit you. Late afternoon/early evening slots are peak times and will cost more than other times of day. Please remember that slot times include all get-in and get-out times and regular over-runs will be penalised, so be realistic with your requirements. We do not operate a first-come first-served policy and so there is no particular advantage in applying early before you have all the necessary details.

NOTE: Priority will be given to shows requiring weeks 0-3 inclusive. Please list show time and get-in/get-out time separately. Your get-in/get-out time is the total time required at the beginning and end of the show, including time for the audience to seat themselves after your get-in. Whilst we try to be as flexible as possible, over-runs affect all the other companies in the venue and we will be forced to charge you for regular over-runs. Please be realistic with your estimates.

Please give as much information as you can on both the show and the company listed above. The more information you can give the greater the chance of success of your application.
