Underbelly Venues 2008 - Comedy, Music, Theatre

Welcome to Underbelly's official Edinburgh Fringe Festival website. Underbelly is now one of the biggest and most popular venues at the largest arts festival in the world.

We are now beginning to start programming 2008, so if you want to perform at Underbelly in Edinburgh in 2008, check out our performers section. The E4 UdderBELLY will grazing again in Bristo Square after a second visit to Brighton in May 2008. Check out our our news page or subscribe to our mailing list for updates.

In 2008, we will be operating the following venues:

Underbelly, Cowgate - 7 performances spaces
Underbelly's Baby Belly, Cowgate - 3 performance spaces
E4 UdderBELLY's Pasture, Bristo Square - 2 spaces, including E4 UdderBELLY and Cow Barn

In 2007, we presented 142 shows across our four venues to a combined audience of 175,000 people. Our newer venues, E4 UdderBELLY and Cow Barn consolidated their position on the Fringe landscape as the new hub of the Fringe and our original venue Underbelly and second venue Baby Belly, continued to pound with activity, performances and atmosphere down on Edinburgh's historic Cowgate.
